Position Overview:We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum opportunity in Florida. This role involves providing anesthesia services across a variety of surgical cases, including trauma, regional ultrasound-guided procedures, orthopedics, general surgery, vascular, neurology, and more. The position requires a commitment to a minimum of 30 hours per week, with additional on-call, night, or weekend shifts as part of the schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer anesthesia for a range of surgical specialties, excluding hearts, OB, and pediatrics.
- Perform trauma and regional ultrasound-guided procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and APPs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work within a Level II trauma setting.
- Rotate between multiple sites as needed.
Schedule & Shift Details:- Shift Lengths: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
- Call Requirements: Must participate in weekend, night, or on-call shifts. Day shifts only are not an option.
- Weekend Coverage: One weekend day every other month is required.
Qualifications:- Licensure: Must have an active Florida CRNA license at the time of submission.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience (No new grads).
- Certifications:BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association required).
- Residency Restrictions: Candidates must reside outside of Florida and provide an out-of-state driver's license upon submission.
- Previous Employment Restrictions: Candidates who have worked at any affiliated sites within the past 24 months or with Envision within the past 12 months are ineligible.
Additional Information:- Emergency/temporary privileges are available for quick onboarding (2-3 weeks for clean Florida-licensed candidates).
- Must be comfortable covering multiple sites and a broad range of surgical cases.
- No history of active contracts or recent employment at the facility within the past two years.
Compensation Details:
