About the Clinician's WorkdayThis Emergency Medicine practice sees an annual volume of 27,619 patients and operates with 24 hours of daily physician coverage and 10 hours of daily APC coverage. The facility has 42 hospital beds, 10 ED beds, and no fast track, with a medium acuity level and a 14% admission rate. It is not a designated trauma center and does not have a hospital medicine program. Providers must be board certified or eligible in EM, FP, or IM and hold PALS certification. A wide range of backup specialties is available, including cardiology, general surgery, neurology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, and more.
