Tell us about the unit(s):
· Number of Beds – 11 ORs
· Shift for this position – Three twelve-hour shifts (weekends if possible)
· Call Expectation – Based on the number of employees taking call, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift (Average for 8 week sign up period)
· Number of Staff – Varies depending on day
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – Average of 8 RNs, 8 Scrub techs and 5 Surgical support techs
o Night Shift – One charge RN and one scrub tech in house with call team backup
· Patient Ratios – 1:1
· Type of equipment – Variety of OR beds and equipment
· EMR - Epic
Operating Room (701)
Shift: 06:30AM-5:00PM Weekdays - Call is currently running at 5 shifts per 8 week period.
