Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Perm Full-Time Position

Overview:
Join Arizona Neonatology, a leading pediatric specialty practice dedicated to delivering exceptional neonatal care. We are currently seeking highly qualified, Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join our expanding team in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Position Highlights:
- Full-Time, permanent employment with competitive salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
- Collaborative team of 24 Neonatologists and 38 NNPs, providing comprehensive neonatal services across multiple facilities.
- Coverage at three Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services, with plans to expand to six Level II Special Care Nurseries in Phoenix.
- Additionally, support services are provided through two Level IIIa and two Level II nurseries throughout Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Neonatologists to deliver high-quality care for critically ill neonates in Level III-IV NICUs and Special Care Nurseries.
- Provide coverage during evening shifts in Level III-IV NICUs, sharing responsibilities with Neonatologists for deliveries and newborn care.
- Participate in daily in-person rounds to assess and manage infant health, emergencies, and ongoing care needs.
- Work a flexible schedule consisting of 12- and 24-hour shifts to accommodate personal and team needs.
- Support existing delivery services and neonatal stabilization, excluding transport duties.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and ensure quality standards are upheld at all times.
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (must be certified specifically as an NNP; FNP or PNP certifications are not acceptable).
- A minimum of 2 years of NNP experience is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and team collaboration are essential.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to neonatal emergencies.
