This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an Infectious Disease Physician to join our expert team of 4 experienced physicians in a thriving Private Practice, with a defined path to partnership. - Varied diseases such as Tularemia, Leprosy, Hantavirus, Whipple Disease, HIV, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, Bubonic plague, and more diagnosed within the last 5 years.
- No significant competition - We have the only outpatient ID in the entire state
- Our facility includes a dedicated team of four experienced physicians and a fully-practicing Nurse Practitioner. With comprehensive in-house resources including experienced nursing staff and a billing department, our aim is to provide seamless care and an excellent working environment.
- Work-Life Balance:
- Flexible Scheduling: Typical workday from 8 AM to 3 PM, with adjusted hours based on patient needs.
- Shared responsibilities between inpatient and outpatient care, with a roughly 50/50 split.
- Manageable Patient Load: Average of 20-22 patients per day between two providers, ensuring quality time for patient care.
- Call rotation: Approximately 1:4, potentially moving to 1:5 with no admissions required during call, focusing on discharges and rounds.
