• Avg. 20 patients a day (23-24 scheduled (-) cancellations)

• 15-20 minutes with ea. patient

• Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)

• Call: One week of Call once a year

• Salary: $220,000.00 - $240,000.00

• A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.

• Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $550.00 for 1 day

• Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually
