- Emergency/Temp Privileges: No

- Shift Description:
- PRN - as needed basis
- Shifts TBD
- Half day: 4 hours or less
- Full day: 4-8 hours
Weekend Requirements:
- Able to work weekends, if desired/needed
On-Call Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Exams: Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams
- Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment
- Range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and evaluating traumatic brain injury
- No prescribing or treatment involved
Qualifications:
- Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in any of the following specialties:
- Neurology
- Neurosurgery
- PM&R (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation)
- Experience:
- Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required
- Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions
- Equipment: Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs)
- Certification: DMA certification available (can get CME credits) - will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified
- Tools: Use of Goniometer required
Training:
- Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)
- Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion - no narrative report required
- Evaluations to be completed in provider portal and records are reviewed
