Registered Nurse (RN) Psychiatry - Relocation Offered!

Relocation assistance up to $5,000 + up to $6,000 RN referral bonus. Part-time and PRN night-shift RN roles on a 29-bed adult inpatient psychiatric short-stay/crisis stabilization unit at Franklin Square Medical Center; cross-training to Psych ED and Child/Adol units. PRN: two 12-hr shifts in 6 weeks; Part-time: two 12-hr shifts/week + every 3rd weekend (24 hrs/week), benefits for part-time. - Active RN license (or compact) and BLS (AHA/ARC) - ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL from accredited school - Minimum 1+ year RN experience; 2+ years inpatient psych strongly preferred for PRN - Night-shift availability and ability to work weekends/holidays

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• 1+ years of RN experience required. For PRN roles, at least 2+ years of inpatient psychiatric experience strongly preferred. For the part-time role, at least 1+ years of inpatient psychiatric RN experience highly preferred. Orientation may need to be full-time hours.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

This position has a hiring range of : USD $37.10 - USD $56.91 /Hr.
