We are seeking anexperienced and mission-driven Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical servicesat our community-focused healthcare organization in Canton, OH. The CMO willoversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and providecollaborative leadership to our medical and advanced practice provider teams.This is an excellent opportunity for a physician leader dedicated to improvingcommunity health and driving clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide collaborativephysician leadership and supervise Nurse Practitioners.
- Lead clinical teams toensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Oversee clinical operations,workflows, and provider performance.
- Support quality improvementinitiatives and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Promote integrated medicaland behavioral health services.
- Participate in providerrecruitment, onboarding, and evaluation.
- Serve as a key member of theexecutive leadership team and communicate effectively across departments.
- Provide direct patient careas needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday,8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Occasional evenings, weekends, or off-shift hours asneeded for leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:
- DO or MD degree
- Board Certified in FamilyMedicine, Internal Medicine, or Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Current, valid Ohio medicallicense
- Minimum 2 years ofhealthcare leadership experience
- Prior FQHC experiencepreferred
- Quality improvementexperience preferred
- Experience with integratedmedical and behavioral health teams strongly preferred
