Position Details:
Patient Population: Generally elderly
Setting: Hospital Outpatient Radiology Department
Responsibilities:
- Perform bread-and-butter IR procedures
- Facet injections
- Epidural injections
- Hip injections
- SI injections
- Swallow studies
- Esophagrams
Required Procedures: Typical pain cases, hip, spinal, facet procedures
EMR System: Epic (experience not required)
Support Staff: Radiology Technologists
Days Per Month: 4 days per month (typically scheduled as 2 days/month, may be grouped Wed/Thu or Thu/Fri)
On-Call/Weekends: None (no call, no nights, no weekends)
Submission Requirements:
- American Board of Radiology certification (IR fellowship required)
- Active Minnesota license with no license hits
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
