Practice Details:
+ Set schedule of Monday-Friday with standard clinic hours, no evenings, no weekends
+ Established practice with an amiable team of 2.5 providers plus support staff
+ Individual 'pod' set-up for new provider within existing clinic: a private practice feel with full infrastructure in place
+ Pre-existing patient base will contribute to a rapid ramp-up
+ Supportive leadership
Financial Offerings:
+ $320k+ base salary with bonus incentives
+ $50k sign-on bonus
+ $25k retention bonus at 1st & 2nd anniversaries
+ $6k CME allowance reimburses licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and continuing education courses
+ Malpractice coverage
+ Student loan repayment program for recent graduates
+ 403(b) retirement plan
