Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of F&B management experience
- Proven understanding of operational excellence
- Required: State alcohol certification & Manager ServSafe
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
