- Lead and develop a new academic GI division focusing on clinical excellence, education, and research in gastroenterology.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team including faculty, fellows, and staff to build a strong, collaborative program.
- Expand and enhance advanced GI services, including endoscopy and both inpatient and outpatient care settings.
- Serve as a hands-on clinical leader, actively rounding, consulting, and managing complex gastroenterology cases.
- Drive strategic growth of the GI service line by collaborating closely with system leadership and other stakeholders.
- Function in a leadership capacity to shape the program s culture, clinical standards, and educational mission.
- Be directly responsible for academic and clinical program building in partnership with a new medical school and Drexel University s academic community.
- Highly competitive base salary with a pay range of $521,850 to $823,584 depending on qualifications and experience.
