Breast Surgeon NYC Metro Area

A rapidly growing multispecialty medical group serving the Bronx and greater NYC area is seeking a skilled Breast Surgeon to join a well-established practice with in-house Radiology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive breast care while working in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide screening, diagnosis, and surgical treatment for breast conditions (benign and malignant).

• Perform core biopsy, stereotactic biopsy, excisional biopsy, lumpectomy, and mastectomy.

• Collaborate with oncology, radiology, plastic surgery, and genetic counseling for cancer management.

• Conduct in-office biopsies.

• Participate in breast cancer tumor boards and quality initiatives (CoC, NAPBC standards).

• Teach or mentor within an integrated workforce.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO with valid (or eligible) NY medical license.

• Board-Eligible/Board-Certified in General Surgery (American Board of Surgery).

• Breast Surgical Oncology fellowship training strongly preferred (or equivalent expertise).

Compensation:

• Competitive salary: $300K $400K
