- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
- 1 surgery per day average
- 1-2 weekday calls and 1 weekend per month -- no ER call
- 100% hospital-based practice
- Patient mix: 95% pediatric, 4% neonate, 1% adult
- Complex cardiac procedures including valve repair and congenital defects
- Thoracic and chest wall procedures required
- Call back rate approximately 10%

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
