CRNA Opportunity Hospital-Based Anesthesia in Michigan We are seeking a Board-Certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a dynamic anesthesia team at an esteemed Michigan hospital. This is a supervised CRNA role offering exposure to a broad case mix, including general surgery, neurosurgery, and spinal anesthesia, while caring for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Key Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for adult and pediatric general surgical procedures Provide anesthesia support for neurosurgical cases Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as required Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory and hemodynamic status Deliver anesthesia care under direct supervision in collaboration with anesthesiologists Ensure continuous monitoring throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases Document all care accurately using Epic EMR Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols Schedule & Practice Setting Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week On-Call: None Facility: Hospital-based Level II Trauma Center Daily Surgical Volume: Approximately 50 cases Multiple operating rooms with rotating assignments Occasional emergency response and airway management, including intubation Requirements Board Certified CRNA Active Michigan CRNA license Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience ACLS, BLS (AHA), and PALS certifications required Clean background check Additional Information Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 120 days This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CRNA seeking a stable schedule, no call, and a collaborative hospital environment with diverse and engaging cases.
