A 24-bed critical access hospital in Sturgeon Bay, WI, is hiring a family medicine physician to join its team. A candidate with a sports medicine fellowship would be a plus, but it is not necessary. The hospital is located in a beautiful location off of Lake Michigan, with easy access to Green Bay.

Position

• Work in a small group setting
• Flexible schedule- candidate could work 4?10 hour days or regular Monday through Friday hours
• A candidate with interest/training in sports medicine could work out of their sister Bay office and have a practice with 50% sports
• See patients of all ages
• Work up to 15 to 20 patients per day, High focus on quality
• Compensation based upon salary surveys with signing bonus, loan repayment, and relocation
