Requirements

• Board Certification for Hospitalist
• License: Must be licensed in WA or IMLC
• ACLS Required
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Providers must have privileges for ongoing vent management with case logs reflecting 15 cases in the past 24 months
