Job Description
The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) will provide care to mothers and newborns during the labor and delivery process. This position requires a dedicated professional with experience in maternal-child health who can manage various aspects of patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients during labor and delivery.
- Provide education and support to mothers and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe delivery and postpartum care.
- Administer medications and manage patient pain levels as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid Nursing License/Certificate.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred.
- Current certifications as required in the field, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
