This is a permanent full-time position for a BE/BC Ophthalmologist in west-central Minnesota within a top-ranked rural healthcare system offering no call duties and a flexible patient volume. The role includes a competitive guaranteed base salary starting at $440K plus wRVU incentives, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and professional support. Seeking a full-time BE/BC Ophthalmologist to join team in west central MN.

Join two other part-time ophthalmologists including one neuro-ophthalmologist, and three optometrists
No call
Monday-Friday
Volume of patients/day Variable depending on provider preferences; option for high volume work
Epic EMR

Compensation and benefits:

Guaranteed base compensation starting at $440K for the first two years of employment, plus wRVU's
