The Gastroenterology Physician is responsible for inpatient clinical care, performing mandatory procedures such as upper and lower GI endoscopies, colonoscopies, and esophageal diagnostics. The role requires board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology, active licensing, and compliance with vaccination and certification requirements. The physician will work in a hospital setting with 220 beds and trauma level III, participating in orientation and scheduled clinical hours with on-call duties.

Key Details:
- Provider also needs to attend in person Orientation (7.30 am to 5pm) preferably Friday before the Monday Start (or within 2 weeks before the start date)
- Any inpatient request for anesthesia will fall into place when an anesthesiologist is available, just like any add-on surgery case.
- No ERCP or EUS is required

Requirements:
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Active IN State License or IMLC.
- Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): More than 2 years
- Flu vaccination: Required or need a Medical or religious exemption.
- Covid vaccination: Required or need a Medical or religious exemption.
- Certifications: ACLS-AHA issued, BLS-AHA issued.
