Practice Overview
- Join a collaborative team at a respected academic department with national recognition in complex medical dermatology
- Flexible faculty tracks: Clinician-Educator, Clinician-Scientist, or Professor of Practice
- Shared 1 in 8 call rotation, primarily phone-based; residents are the first responders
- Engage in a variety of procedures, with opportunities for research and teaching
Schedule
- 8 half-day clinics per week, Monday through Thursday
- Friday reserved for academic and research activities
- Balanced call structure with resident support
- Flexibility to focus on clinical, educational, or research interests
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $300,000-$320,000, with additional productivity-based bonuses
- Potential for supplemental income through cosmetic services and clinical trials

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology; ACGME residency required
- Strong commitment to teaching and academic engagement
