We are seeking an associate with 3–8 years of defense-side business litigation experience in California state and federal courts. The incoming attorney will handle sophisticated commercial disputes across business, real estate, probate & fiduciary, and class action matters. Strong research and writing skills, command of discovery, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package, annual discretionary bonus eligibility, and genuine room for growth within a firm that has consistently invested in its people. The San Diego office has experienced significant growth over the last year and is primed for success.
