Position Overview

We’re seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are also Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) in Maryland to join our Baltimore team. This position offers flexible scheduling, excellent compensation, and strong administrative support to set you up for success. We offer flexible role options where you may choose to focus on initial assessments only, ongoing caseload management, or a hybrid of both. This position includes flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and competitive compensation. Experience with assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Vineland-3 is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 30 – 40 Hours per week

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license (both required)

• ABA experience in home-based or hybrid settings preferred

• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and time management skills

• Passion for providing high-quality care to diverse communities

• Familiarity with CPT® codes relevant to ABA service delivery
