We re seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a collaborative, high-performing team delivering top-tier care across four leading hospitals in the region.

Position Overview:
Full-time, permanent role in Las Vegas, NV
7.5 shifts/month (2160 hours annually), 24-hour in-house shifts
Rotate among 4 state-of-the-art NICU locations (all Level III)
Hospital 1 52-bed NICU
Hospital 2 28-bed NICU
Hospital 3 28-bed NICU
Hospital4 32-bed NICU
Provide comprehensive care with iNO, HFOV, jet ventilation, total body cooling
Full pediatric subspecialty support (excluding open-heart surgery)
Active transport program, CQI, and clinical research involvement
NNP support at all sites

Ideal Candidate:
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward certification) Required
Nevada medical license or ability to obtain Required
Clean malpractice and licensure historyHighly Preferred
Open to new grads through 2025 and experienced providers
