Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: 1–2 days per week (flexible days based on availability)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate values conservative dentistry, takes a gentle and thorough approach to patient care, and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and cleanings
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and biomimetic principles
  • Take and interpret dental radiographs as needed
  • Assist in developing individualized periodontal care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Support a calm and welcoming patient experience
  • Collaborate closely with the dentist to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Alaska
  • Strong understanding of periodontal therapy and preventive care
  • Interest in or familiarity with biomimetic dentistry (preferred, not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Gentle, patient-focused clinical approach
  • Ability to work independently in a small team setting with an emphasis on patient education
