Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring 2 years of specialty experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
- 12-hour night shifts, 7pm-7am
- Three shifts per week
- 13-week assignment
- No on-call responsibilities
- Must work at least one major holiday (Christmas Day or New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) during the assignment
- Permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year gap from prior employment
- RTO (requested time off) must be communicated during the initial application process
- Scrubs or dress code requirements are not specified
- First-time travelers will be considered
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring, and AWHONN certifications required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
