- Two 4-hour shifts, 2 pm - 6 pm
- 3 - 5 patients per week
- Primary care and obesity management focus
- Telehealth visits with remote health monitoring collaboration
- 1+ years telehealth experience required
- Obesity and weight management experience preferred
