Primary Responsibilities:Approximately 50% administration and 50% clinicalOversee and ensure the quality of didactic and clinical education is maintainedEstablish strategic direction of the program, standards, quality, and reputation Residency program practice management, overall residency operations, and resident oversightProgram recruitment, interviews, and selection of residentsRecruit and oversee faculty and clinical rotationsMaintain ongoing clinical activity in Family MedicineTeach residents through clinical and didactic work Requirements:Documented educational and/or administrative experience requiredBoard certified in Family MedicineClinically practicing physicianExperience in graduate medical education required HOSPITAL:We boast 270 private rooms, advanced technology, and an innovative patient-centered design philosophy.
