Scheduled dates throughout January and February with night call
High acuity patients
Cardiothoracic surgery specialty
Required procedures: EVH, first-assisting, ICU and stepdown management
Surgeries include open hearts, CABG, valves, complex aortic repairs
Thoracic cases are mostly robotic
Equipment includes Maquet for vein harvesting
Occasional clinic work needed
