Position Overview:
Deaconess Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our At Work team in Mt. Vernon, Indiana. This is an hourly position offering a competitive base rate. You will work 20 hours per week, providing high-quality care within Indiana. This position also offers the potential for coverage at other At Work locations within the state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care to employees at various At Work locations.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for various conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize fully implemented EMR (EPIC) for both outpatient and inpatient care.
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week (exact schedule to be discussed during the interview).
- Potential to provide coverage at other At Work locations in Indiana.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Indiana.
- Certified by the AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Experience in occupational health or related fields is preferred but not required.
