Brink's Global Services U.S., a division of Brink's, Incorporated, is the premier provider of precious commodities, diamonds and jewelry, armored car transportation and other value added services to retailers, financial institutions, and other commercial and government entities. Salary Range: $65k-75k
Job Summary:
The Show Specialist is responsible for overseeing day to day trade show activities including but not limited to set up/break down, pre and post show planning and follow up, assist with schedules and the coordinating of the transportation of customer merchandise to and from major shows throughout the U.S. (approximately 200 major and minor shows annually).

Job Summary:
The Show Specialist is responsible for overseeing day to day trade show activities including but not limited to set up/break down, pre and post show planning and follow up, assist with schedules and the coordinating of the transportation of customer merchandise to and from major shows throughout the U.S. (approximately 200 major and minor shows annually).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make arrangements for Brink's Global Services to participate in industry shows
• Coordinate the overall security, including pick-up and delivery (through the Brink's network City Markets), of merchandise at shows - Respond to all client inquiries on dates, Brink's services, rates and products; quote prices on all show-related material
- Solicit present and potential customers for upcoming domestic shows; develop sales presentations, close sales, develop and propose Special Rate Plans, promote At-Show Insurance
- Travel to various cities where major shows are taking place, set up and work show, prepare documentation
- Close down the show and assist in loading tru cks and preparing documentation
- Consult with international jewelers regarding information and special clauses of At-Show Insurance; advise all customers (internal/external) on US customs policies for imports bound for US shows; manage and resolve all service complaints diplomatically, escalating when necessary
- Generate customer invoices, including At-Show Insurance; responds to affiliate inquiries on billing
- Arrange for credit to customers when applicable; contacts customers with outstanding balances
- Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Show Management
- A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to self-start as well as work as part of a team
- High level of professionalism
- Experience in the Freight or Security Transportation Business
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree

- Excellent organizational, consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Superior personal integrity and professionalism
- Excellent human relations skills including persuasion, selling, and developing rapports
