The RN Supervisor in the Main Operating Room organizes and administers nursing services, assists in planning and evaluating patient care operations, and assumes managerial duties as delegated by the OR Manager. This role supports staff orientation, quality improvement, and fiscal responsibility to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The position requires a minimum of three years of RN OR experience, an accredited RN program graduation, and BLS certification.

Qualifications:
Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years RN OR experience
Required Education: Graduate from an accredited RN program
Preferred Education: BSN
Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
