Work at a CAH with steady 14,000‑pt/year volume and 12‑hr shifts. Emergency Medicine Physician, permanent role in Red Lake, MN; 12‑hour days/nights (0700–1900 or 1900–0700); collaborate with APC covering Fast Track 1100–2300; admit low‑acuity inpatients; onsite lab/X‑ray; transfer complex cases to Bemidji. - Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM) - Active, unrestricted MN medical license - Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS certifications

Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient volume of 14,000 annually
• Work 12-hour shifts from 0700-1900 or 1900-0700
• Collaborate with APC covering Fast Track role from 1100-2300
• Admit low acuity patients to the inpatient unit
• Utilize on-site lab and X-ray services
• Transfer patients needing advanced imaging to Bemidji

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM)
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• Active, unrestricted state medical license
