Chief Radiologist Äì Westminster, MD Seeking a Chief Radiologist faculty member for its Department of Radiology. The Department provides a full spectrum of specialized services using AI-enabled diagnostics and state-of-the-art imaging equipment, supporting Emergency Medicine, Oncology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Vascular Surgery, Neurology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, General Surgery, Critical Care, and more. The ideal candidate is comfortable providing diagnostic and interventional services and brings committee/divisional oversight or leadership experience. Is a 162-bed nonprofit medical center, serving Carroll County for over five decades, with specialties including minimally invasive surgery and a state-of-the-art cancer center. Position Details
- Mix of Interventional Radiology (IR) & Diagnostic Radiology (DR), or strictly IR if preferred
- Procedures: biopsies, drainages, venous access, embolization, nephrostomy
- IR call: 1 week in 5 covering three hospitals (light volume, negotiable)
- No clinic responsibilities required Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- ABR/AOBR certification
- Completion of ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
- Ability to obtain unrestricted state medical license and DEA license
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications
