Ongoing as-needed LOA; schedule 7am–7pm, no call. 24-bed unit, ~17 patients/day; support staff available. Credentialing 30–60 days. - BC or BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (required) - 1–2 years inpatient rehab experience; must have seen ≥100 patients in past 24 months - Oregon license preferred (or ability to obtain) - Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, inpatient caseload

Locum Physical Medicine and Rehab Physiatrist Assignment in Salem, Oregon


Assignment Details

  • Location: Salem, Oregon
  • Start Date: ASAP, April 2026
  • LOA (# of days worked): Ongoing as needed
  • Work Schedule: 7 am - 7 pm, no call
  • Call Schedule: No Call
  • Inpatient or Outpatient: Inpatient Rehab, must have inpatient experience
  • Patient Volume: 24 Beds -17 PTs Per Day

Requirements

  • Background Experience: 1-2 years’ experience, must have seen 100 patients in the last 24 months
  • Certifications required: Yes, BC or BE
  • OR licensed preferred
  • Credentialing Requirements/Timeframe: 30-60 Days
