We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a dedicated group of providers delivering outstanding neonatal care at St. Elizabeth Hospital. This is a full-time, permanent position with 24/7 in-house coverage and a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, and quality outcomes.
Position Highlights:Collaborative care model with Pediatric Hospitalists and Neonatologists managing the NICU and Newborn Nursery
24/7 in-house coverage and daytime rounding shifts

Candidate Requirements:Board Certified / Truly Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (within 5 years of residency) Required
Active Wisconsin medical license or willingness to obtain Required
Completion of a Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship before start date Required
Open to both experienced Neonatologists and new fellowship graduates
