Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive emergency care to an average of 30 patients per 24-hour period. Manage patient flow efficiently; approximately 1% of patients require admission or transfer. Collaborate with a full ED support staff and utilize Cerner EHR. Oversee a fast track area, which is consistently staffed by an MD to optimize department throughput. Required Qualifications Certification: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience required. Licensure: Active Michigan State Medical License (must have at the time of application). Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and ATLS. Logistics: Local candidates only.
