Seeking a board-certified Nephrology Physician to provide inpatient and outpatient adult nephrology care, including management of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients, with 24-hour call coverage plus an 8-hour weekday clinic. Must hold a Tennessee medical license, BC in Nephrology, BLS certification, clean background, and experience with Epic EMR; no pediatric cases and no interstate licensing via IMLC accepted. Credentialing expected within ~60 days; schedule specifics and call frequency are variable/TBD.
