-IOWA-Hourly Rate plus expenses-BCIM training, needs BLS, ACLS, DEA-No malpractice, want clean background-70-80 Bed hospital-5 MD on during day, 1 on at night with support from tele hospitalist-Day shifts, 7am-7pm-Night shifts, 7pm-7am-Average census 12 patients per day-Would like 7on rotation, blocks run Wednesday-Tuesday-Must be comfortable with vent management-Day shifts need 2-3 weeks/month covered-Night shift need 11 weeks covered from July 2023-July 2024-EMR: Cerner
