Join Our Team as an Interventional Cardiologist in Farmington, MO
Overview: Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing cardiology team at a leading health center in Farmington, Missouri. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care.
- Perform a range of procedures including cardiac catheterizations, PCI, CardioMEMS, and peripheral vascular procedures.
- Work in a newly renovated cath lab with dedicated procedural time.
- Share a 1:4 call schedule with minimal call-backs.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced Interventional and Invasive Cardiologists along with advanced practice providers.
- Optionally perform device/pacemaker implantations.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient clinical documentation.
- Engage in program development and community outreach initiatives.
- Benefit from strong mentorship for recent fellowship graduates.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (preferably BE in 2026 or 2027) or Board Certified in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.
- Completion of an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship.
- Missouri medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA certification.
- Clean malpractice/license history (highly preferred).
- Ability to submit a current NPDB Report.
- Open to visa candidates with J1 support.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Missouri medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA certification.
- Completion of Interventional Cardiology Fellowship.
- CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start).
