Job Title: Internal Medicine Hematology and Oncology Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and dedicated Board-Certified Internal Medicine specialist with subspecialty training or expertise in Hematology and Oncology. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and manage complex hematologic and oncologic conditions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to patient care and clinical procedures. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board Certification in Internal Medicine, with subspecialty certification or significant experience in Hematology and Oncology. Valid medical license to practice in the state of Washington. Proven clinical expertise in the management of complex hematologic and oncologic conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
