Requirements for an RCP/Med Tech with Phoebe Berks:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
2. High School Diploma or GED or active registry status on the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry
3. CPR certification or ability to attend and pass course.
4. Current certificate from DPW approved medication administration course, depending on shift and unit, or ability to attend and pass course.
