JOB DESCRIPTION: Hospital in central Florida is seeking an experienced neurosurgeon to join their well respected and busy Level I Trauma Center. The incoming physician will work in the Department of Trauma to provide trauma neurosurgical care. Spine fellowship trained and experience in trauma neurosurgery required and must be able to perform complex spine surgery Share the month with another dedicated trauma neurosurgeon with APP support.Clinical research is optional, but available. Opportunity to participate as affiliate university faculty to teach residents and medical students is also available. HOSPITAL:Practice has been serving the community for over 30 years providing advanced and comprehensive gynecological and obstetric medical care. We offer a broad spectrum of care from well-woman exams and infertility consultations to family planning and menopausal management and everything in between. In-house mammography, phlebotomy, 3 ultrasound techs and 1 surgical suite. Affiliated hospital is the region's only Level II Trauma Center and DNV certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and partners with nearby university to train the next generation of physicians.
