Outpatient Family Medicine physician role; full‑time, 4‑day workweek; lakefront Minnesota location ~1 hour from Fargo; employed position with established primary care team; ongoing wRVU earning potential; permanent role. - MD/DO with Board eligibility/certification in Family Medicine - Active or eligible state medical license (willing to assist J‑1/H‑1B applicants) - Experience in outpatient primary care preferred - Malpractice coverage (employer provides tail) - Eligible for PSLF and able to meet credentialing requirements
