Permanent Hematology Oncology Physician

Position Details:
- Patient Population: 50% adult, 50% geriatric
- Setting: Outpatient
- Responsibilities:
- 15-20 patients per day (Outpatient)
- 3-5 patients per day (Hospital)
- 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology
- Participate in Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Order Tests, Order Images, Prescribe
- Manage VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy (Intrathecal, Intracavitary, Intrapleural/Peritoneal)
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
- Visa: Open to H-1B and J-1 candidates
- Relocation: Available
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Ohio License (or willingness to obtain)
- BLS, ACLS (by start date)
- State experience with procedures and duties outlined in the job description
- Must be willing to relocate or live within 40 miles
- Must not have applied directly to the position
