Details:

Primary Care Physician
-Annual Compensation: $250,000 (for Residents and a little more for experienced PCP s.)
-Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
-Annual Incentive Bonus: up to 28% of Base Compensation (Most make a 20% Annual Incentive Bonus or $50,000)
-Partnership Opportunity after 3 years (No buy-in)

-25 Days of PTO
-5 CME days
-9 Holidays (2 of the 9 days are floating holidays where-employee selects these days.)
-Major Medical/Dental/Vision
-Company Paid Long and Short-Term Disability; and Company paid Life Insurance (Employee may elect more coverage)
-401K (No match as of yet)
-Malpractice Covered along with Tail Coverage.

-Monday Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (NO evenings nor weekends.)
-Call is 1:8. As you know, call for our model of care is not arduous.
