The Nissan Burnsville Journeyperson Technician performs skilled diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on vehicles to ensure high performance and safety standards. Compensation:
• $30.90/hour - $40.25/hour + incentives based on production
• Opportunities for growth and development
What You’ll Do.
• Perform repairs and maintenance accurately and efficiently following factory standards
• Diagnose and recommend additional service work as needed
• Communicate promptly with Service Advisors and the Parts Department
• Road test vehicles to verify quality of repairs
• Stay current on manufacturer bulletins, recalls, and training programs
• Document all work performed using TruVideo and Estimate Tools
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures

What You’ll Bring
• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Automotive degree/certificate or 3+ years of professional experience required
• Current ASE Certifications required
• Strong diagnostic, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
