This position is for a full-time Family Medicine Physician providing outpatient primary care to patients of all ages at Washington Fields Clinic. As a Physician in Family Medicine , you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this full-time role you will provide outpatient primary care, seeing 18-20 patients (all ages) per day.

- This position includes a $1 5 ,000 s tarting bonus, and up to $ 2 0,000 in relocation a ssistance for eligible primary household moves .
- You will practice at Washington Fields Clinic
- Clinic hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5 pm. A 4 day x10 hr. work week or a 5 day x8 hr. wor kweek are schedule options.
- Office Call (Phone) will be evenly distributed by our providers.

What you'll bring:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Family Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
