As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires both an armed guard card/license and a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving during your patrols. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and outdoor spaces, remaining alert to unusual activity and/or unauthorized individuals.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and interactions according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during incidents.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to residents and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
